please spare your valuable time and clarify following points..
1) what is the minimum authorised capital requirement as per name of company. like for words INDIA , INTERNATIONAL , BHARAT in proposed names of company.
kindly share the circular if any.

Circular no F.No.27/1/87 dated 13-3-1989
5 lakhs for the words hindustan, India, Bharat within the name with or without bracelet.
10 lakhs for the words enterprise, products, Business and manufacturing
50 lakhs for the words international, Global, universal, continental, inter continental, asiatic, Asia used within the name with or without bracket.
50 lakhs Hindustan, India, Bharat being first world of the name.
1 crore international, global, continental, Asia as first word industry, udhyog anywhere in the name.
5 crore the word corporation any where in the name.
5 lakhs for the words hindustan, India, Bharat within the name with or without bracelet.
10 lakhs for the words enterprise, products, Business and manufacturing

No such requirement as per Companies Act,2013. Cited circular is not in force. Please see my observations in
