27 May 2020 You can file corrected form again with additional fees.

In one of our companies, wrong Authorised Capital was entered by mistake in MGT 7. What we did was, we filed a fresh MGT 7 with correct details and the same was accepted and approved.

To be on safer side we submitted a written request by director on behalf of company to the concerned ROC stating the error in the previous form and to mark it as "NTBR"
