Mgt 14 filing for transaction under section 188 of co. act

03 March 2018 Immovable Flat purchased from director on credit by Limited (non listed company). Under section 188 for Related Party transaction Ordinary resolution (as per amendment u/s 188) has been passed in EGM. Now is the company required to file MGT 14. As per section 117 only Special resolution is required to file. Further I believe that this transaction does not fall under any other sub section of section 117. Please Reply its urgent.
