Sir,
1.Authorised share capital increased from 1 lakh to 5 cr on 05/01/2016
2.Authorised share capital increased from 5crore to 10crore on 10/01/2016
of the company. Can we file MGT-14 in a single Form ? If yes pls tel me how to provide details regarding date of dispatch of notice and and date of passing of resolution .

No you cant file a single MGT-14 for both the purposes.
Second thing as per Companies Act, 2013 untill unless your Increase in Autz cap on 05.01.2016 ka MOA approve ni ho jata you cant pass resolution for another alteration in MOA
So according to me personnel view alteration in 10.01.2016 is not as per law. Another views are solicited.
