Dear Sir,

Is it compulsory to file form MBP-1 along with MGT-14 or only resolution will serve the purpose.what is the last date of filling MGT-14

25 July 2014 Resolution will suffice. However, MBP-1 can be an optional attachment if you so wish.

25 July 2014 I have a different view. It is a fact that legally attachment of MBP.1 is not at all mandatory with MGT.14. But recently we have observed that ROCs across the country asking for MBP.1 as an attachment of MGT.14. Many ROCs have kept form MGT.14 in re-submission mode in case of absence of MBP.1.

So I would suggest you to attach MBP.1 with MGT.14.

25 July 2014 MGT.14 regarding disclosure of interest by the director should be filed within 30 days of board meeting in which resolution for taking note of Directors Interest passed.
