I filed MGT-14 with ROC (for MBP-1) two times for same company both SRN showing pending for action. Can I get refund for one and any adverse consequenses plz suggest what to do?

Refund facility is not available for Form MGT-14. Still you may file form REFUND available on MCA portal and try to get refund.

No unfortunately you won’t get any refund from MCA for this transaction.
