Pl clarify the following doubt.
Whether it is mandatory to maintain the accounts in accrual basis for Tax audit cases & also Ltd Companies?

14 March 2012 Companies Should be maintain on Accrual basis and others can maintain any basis but every year should be maintain same and equal basis. In tax audit report there is a question about nature of maintain of books of accounts.
