24 August 2012 hello sir plz tell me that i am holding a cop nd i want to open a partnership firm nd then merge this firm with any other renwned firm and usme apan sirf firm me limited audits le sakte hai ke har partner ke alag alag audits counts honge( gornment audits)

24 August 2012 You need to count it per person. (While in case of allottment of audit, the care is taken by these companies that more weightage is given for those firms where any of the partner is NOT doing practice other than the firm)
