I want to incorporate a private limited company. it will be a hospital. but i dont a MOA & AOA. PLease suggest me from where i will get MOA & AOA relating to hospital services.

Contacr your C.A. or C.S. he will provide you or you can contact to the printer in your area who usually print the MOA and AOA. Usually only one or two printers who print these.

You can also approach the ROC to apply for a copy of MOA of reputed hospital chosen by you by paying official fee.

You can download the AOA or MOA of any reputed hospital from MCA website by payin the requisite fees. For this you dont need to go ROC office. You just need to know the names of companies running the hospital.
