Is there any time period for registering membership of ICAI aftr clearing CA final

No time limit....you can enroll anytime as per your convenience.

but you cannot add CA before your name unless you have taken membersip

After passing the CA Final examination, a candidate would be considered as a member of ICAI only if his or her name is entered in the Register. There is no time limit for applying for membership, you can apply when ever you wish to do so.
