Mega exemption under notification 25/2012 service tax

05 March 2013 We are doing services by way of installation, completion, fitting out for various govt departments (DDA, CPWD, LIC, RBI), hospitals, airports and medical colleges in various states. my question is that we can take the exemption of service tax under mega notification no. 25/2012.

Please clarify

22 August 2013 Some specific kind of service to government is covered under negative list. incase your contract related to that work under negative list, you can avail exemption
