Hi, as per our company salary bifurcations, there is no medical allowance and medical reimbursement facility to employees. So if the employee personally spending money for medical expenses and how can they claim medical reimbursement Rs. 15000 no tax claim.
Secondly, if they file their TDS return on their own, is it possible to include their medical expenses upto Rs. 15000/-
Company will not have such infomation.
