If one employee works in two entity in a year and if he wants to claim Medical allowance of Rs.15,000 from 2nd employee as he has not claimed from the first, is it possible?
Is there any notification or rule number is there for the support.
please advice.
I need to know is there any notification number which says that we can claim full amount from 2nd employer.

medical reimbursement exemption is annual base Rs.15000 per annum. it can be provided if the proof is there for not claimed in first employment
