Service tax paid by service provider, on being pointed out by department, can be treated as business expenditure under Section 37 of the Income Tax Act, 1961. what is meaning of above line please explain in broad. thanks in advance

it means if service tax dept points out to pay service tax thne its allowed as exp u/s 37 as business exp.
