Hi..
Can any one tell me what is the difference between INVOICE and TAX INVOICE.
I have seen, for Excise Duty, they raise INVOICE and for vat they raise TAX INVOICE and both are numbered differently for the same commodity purchased.

Invoice and Tax Invoice differnce, In VAT dealer must issue the Tax Invoice also for claiming input VAT a delar must have tax invoice
In excise we cannot tell tax invoice, because excise we cannot tell as tax, it is duty, we can tell exise invoice and both invoice serially numbered, it may not be same numbers
