Sir,
Whether Trust ( Educational Institutions) are business entity under Service Tax? Do reverse charge mechanism is applicable to Educational Instituions?

This definition i also read from the book. The question is whether the function of the educational institution can be construed as " any activitity relating to industry, commercem or any other business or profession. If so whether reverse charge mechanism is also applicable?
