16 January 2012 Dear Experts.

Is there a problem with MCA website? Couldn't make any payment against filing .Tried both NEFT and Credit Card Payment.Both the times the payment transaction failed.MCA helpdesk cannot solve the problem and the registered complaint has shown no response.

Please help.

16 January 2012 Please download Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.6 updated version 30 and then upload the forms.

16 January 2012 According to message displayed on MCA21 website----

All users using below mentioned services on MCA21 are required to have Windows XP ( SP3 )/ Windows Vista/Windows 7 and JDK 1.6 updated version 30 installed on their machine -

Any user logging on MCA21 using a DSC
Any existing user registering/updating a DSC
Any new user registering using a DSC
Download JDK 1.6 updated version 30 from the following link Click here to download

This is required as part of the interoperability initiative of the Controller Of Certifying Authorities, India (CCA),for enhancing security for Digital certificates.

16 January 2012 Thanks for your replies.But my forms are getting uploaded,only when I try to make any payment(either by NEFT or by Credit Card) I face problem and the payment doesn't go through.
