I want to know whether the date of board meeting in which board adopt the Financial statement & date of board report should be same?

Yes, it will be same. The date of signing od director report will be same as on date of Board meeting.

Date of AGM-02-08-2013
Date on which balance sheet approved by board -03-07-2013
Date on which balance sheet approved by auditor -03-07-2013
Date of notice -06-07-2013
Board report date -04-07-2013
Date of signing annual return by director -02-08-2013
