As per section 269, appointment of MD includes reappointment also so Return of reappointment of MD shall be filed in E-Form 25C also. Apart from this Appointment of WTD also requires filing of E-Form 25C.
Section 192 (4) (C) also includes reappointment of MD as well so E-Form 23 also be filed.
If there is any changes in terms of appointment of MD then 25B also be filed to take CG approval.
Apart from all these, Change in designation for appointment of WTD requires E-Form 32 also.
