30 July 2014 As per my understanding Interest is a more specific and direct word pertaining to the personal involvement of director whereas concern depict indirect association of director through his relatives.

However in case of indirect concern of director through his/her relatives, the same can also be referred as indirect interest as in that case concern and interest are interchangeable.

Can we Disclose Both Interest and Concern (Direct and Indirect) of the Directors of the Company in MBP-1 u/s 184 of CA 2013

30 July 2014 Section 184 capture both direct as well as indirect interest. So we have to disclose both type of Interest.
