CA Final -In May 2014 Exam New Company Act will Be Applicable

It has been clarified by ICAI that the Companies Act, 2013 will NOT be applicable for November 2013 examination.
Applicability for May 2014 eaxms will be announced soon by ICAI. So wait for announce ment by ICAI.

Nothing can't be said now,
As there is no justifiable notification issued by ICAI..

Agree with the opinion of experts.
Still I would suggest you to prepare a short note on new companies act 2013 for november attempt.
Also prepare at least 10 points of distinction between both the acts.
