As per the latest icai notification, is ind as going to be completely applicable instead of AS or just an additional topic of comparision between the two is added?

icia have not metioned about the details of its applicability whether all ind as will be applicable or partial or how much for may 2016 exams so best is to wait for icai to clarify.
