Max Tax Audits 44AB per CA is 60 for the F.Y.2016-17.
Does it includes 44ABd ( where audited for NP below 8% of turnover having less than tax audit limit ) cases too ???

Dear Sir,
As per 4th proviso of para 6.0 of chapter VI of council guidelines no. 1 - CA(7)2/2008dated 8th August, 2008, Audit conducted under section 44AD, 44AE and 44AF shall not be taken into account for the purpose of calculating specified no. of audit.

Individual practice is 60. In case partnership firm then the CA ll be sign all the partners file..
