No, there is no restriction for signing Form-20B for any professional.

23 June 2012 i have read in the CS PROFFESSIONAL Books (due deligence and CSP on Pg 690) that PCSs are restricted to sign more than 80 Annual return and compliance.

So pls Guide

You are covering in your query CA and CWA also it means you are talking about Form-20 B.

If in your query, you should mentioned that how many annual returns a company secretary in practice can sign then i will suggest you as you replied.

27 June 2012 Does certifying form 20B by pcs indicates that the Annual return attached to that form is signed by PCS?

No, it does not means because the Companies Act, not specified any section for signing of digital Form-20B, it can be signed by any professional mentioned in such Form.

In case of attachment it can only be signed by company secretary in practice along with directors of the Company as per section 161 of the Companies Act, 1956.
