is there any limit on cash deposit in savings and current account.. as per income tax act.

There is no limit as such prescribed, only u have to mention PAN if the deposit amount is greater than Rs. 50K.

But banks are required to report if deposits in savings account exceed Rs, 10 lakhs PA. While in current account if total transactions exceed 50 lakhs PA.
