CAN I GET REFUND OF MY FORM 16A FOR THE FY 2010-2011.IN THIS FY 2011-2012 WHEN I WILL FILL RETURN

04 May 2012 Yes, u can get the refund for FY 2011-11. The date for filing the return was 31/7/2011, if tax audit is not appliacable. You can still file the return and claim the refund
