Maternity benefir act 1961

23 December 2011 Return in Form 11 giving details of women claiming maternity benefit is required to be furnished to the competent Authority by the 15th day of January each year.
I want to confirm whether the return is discontinued, if yes then date if discontinuation and whether any another Form is required to be submitted ?

23 December 2011 The employer of every factory shall on or before the 15th day of January in each year submit to the Competent Authority a return in Form 11 as per { Sec Rule 11 }
