Return in Form 11 giving details of women claiming maternity benefit is required to be furnished to the competent Authority by the 15th day of January each year.
I want to confirm whether the return is discontinued, if yes then date if discontinuation and whether any another Form is required to be submitted ?

The employer of every factory shall on or before the 15th day of January in each year submit to the Competent Authority a return in Form 11 as per { Sec Rule 11 }
