if a person has paid tax under MAT in 07-08,08-09,& 09-10 and he failed to recognised MAT in his books but he has recognised MAT for those years in 11-12,is he eligible to do so?

In case the payment has been shown under any other head related with TAXATION PAYMENTS, corresponding book entry to treat the same as MAT ,can be made.
