A Company Having Two Units One In SEZ And Another In Domistic Market Sez Unit Is In Profit And Domestic Unit is in Loss and due To B/F Losses Normal Tax Liability Is Nil.

Is Sez Unit Is Covered Under 115JB Perview ?

Whether I Have To Club Sez Book Profit And Domestic Book Profit For MAT Calculation
