Marks sheet of intermediate examination

Hi everybody,
My elder brother has passed intermediate examination held by ICAI in month November 1988. His roll no. was 03899 and he is having Intermediate Examination Certificate but he has lost the original marks Sheet of the same examination with some other certificates.
Is there any way to obtain the marks sheet of exams held in november 1988. It is important for him.
Please suggest.

since the exam was intermediate so no so imp.......final is most imp............. but just call to icai for certificate.it is better to keep copy and make dd of rs. 100 and application for request for duplicate certificate to icai send to noida and u will get widin 15 days duplicate mark sheet

Thanks for your replies, I have downloaded a form from ICAI website for obtaining duplicate marks sheet. But there is a requirement of filling STUDENT REGISTRATION NUMBER which is not available to me. I just have roll number 03899 of passed intermediate.
Please advice how I can I forward the applciation form without STUDENT REGISTRATION NUMBER.??????

I Think Just Search Where U May Find Any Letter From ICAI .in That UR Reg No. Will be There.......
as per my knowledge no Option Available else or go to ur Principle File ask him/her for ur reg no.
