03 January 2020 what is jurisdiction of residence of marhent navy who is non-resident technically? In ITR 2 - option given apart from other countries are - india, others , not residence of any country. Also required TAN number / passport details.

Can we choose - india or others and in place of TAN/ passport details - not applicable??

06 January 2020 or can we just choose jurisdiction as 'others' and in TIN column write- N/a , merchant navy or simply write Merchant Navy in TIN column.
