our company import some chemical powder form outside india and repacking and relabelling into their own packet i.e.repacking from bulk packet into small packet with own brand name
whether it will amount to manufacturing or not
2.whether cutting of zinc wire rod into small piece will amount to manufacture

Mr. Author,
Manufacture means after a process a new product much different(commercially)from raw materials should emerge. If there is no such cahnge after a process it is not manufacturing.So,cutting zinc wire into small peices and repacking an imported chemical and putting own label is not manufacturing process.
