is an aluminum roll hitting (Garm karna) through electronic machine and after process it give back as in roll, amounts to manufacturing process ???//

roll remains roll then no manufacture more details on input and output could lead to different answer.

ya it remains as roll only but becomes tough because of much hitting (Garm)and is there any sections or case laws decided on it
