13 August 2015 Sir,

Manual Return ITR -4 below 5 Lakhs income in local jurisdiction is not accepting, they are saying to file online only, is any rules passed to file all returns online

kindly help me in this regard.

13 August 2015 yes. refer rule 12...itr4 cannot be filed manually

13 August 2015 Tushar...doesn't matter. ITR-4 cannot be filed compulsorily online only

14 August 2015 ITR-4 has to be filed online only. Kindly start reading income-tax act and rules.
