Sir,
Manual Return ITR -4 below 5 Lakhs income in local jurisdiction is not accepting, they are saying to file online only, is any rules passed to file all returns online
kindly help me in this regard.

5 lakhs is gross total income or net income ?

yes. refer rule 12...itr4 cannot be filed manually

Tushar...doesn't matter. ITR-4 cannot be filed compulsorily online only
