Yes,it is so. so far the question of cenvat credit is concerned,you have to find out from the definitionof the term Input service,if the service as utilised by you fall sunder the definition,certainly CC will be available otherwise not.CA sagar mal pareek 9824346469,smpfca@gmail.com
