MAIN OBJECT
To carry on the business of any or all of the infrastructure activities such as, but without to the generality of the foregoing, Builders, Developers, Contractors, Sub-Contractors for setting up of all types of projects, facilities or work, and to finance, build, construct, erect, undertake, lay down, commission, establish, own, operate, manage, control, administer, lease, transfer all projects, facilities or work including industrial infrastructure and facilities, roads, bridges, flyovers, highways, roadways, structures and facilities, yard, tracks including gauge conversions thereof, railway electrification, tramways, wells, water courses, dams, canals, reservoirs, urban and rural water supply system, sewerage and underground drainage system, airstrips, airports, seaports, berths, jetties, quays, docks and marine structures of all types, Rapid transport and telecommunication structures of all types, irrigation projects, water ways, water supply scheme including distribution systems, storage plants and terminals, pumping station, light rail transport system for cities, industrial and technology plants and civil projects, oil and gas pipeline projects and other pipeline projects, generation, transmission and distribution of power, airport facilities, electronic or IT technology parks, educational or vocational institutions, hospitals and to render all services in connection thereto as planner, designer, consultants, architect, engineer, storage services, erectors, installers, commissioning agents, and to enter into any contract, agreement, memorandum of understanding, joint ventures, arrangement or such other mode of contract with Government of India, State Governments, municipal or local authorities, bodies corporate, persons or such other authorities, whether in India or elsewhere, as the Company may deem fit, on built on lease transfer (BOLT), built own operate transfer (BOOT), built own operate (BOO), build operate transfer (BOT) or such other basis, manner or methods for the purpose of carrying out the foregoing objects.”
