Mailing Address of CIT (TDS) for new Form 16A

Dear Sir,
As per amended Form 16A, complete mailing address with PIN Code is to be given therein. How can one come to know the complete mailing address of CIT(TDS) under whose jurisdiction the assessee falls? On visit to website www.tin-nsdl.com, I have obtained a file- TAN AO Code.xls wherein only the concerned ward number with code is given but complete address of CIT(TDS) is not given whereas complete mailing adrress with PIN code of CIT(TDS) is to be given in Form 16A. For Example, I want to know mailing address of CIT(TDS) for Shivaji Enclave, New Delhi-27.
Please provide necessary guidance as TDS certificates are to be issued for the first quarter urgently.

Log in www.incometaxindia.gov.in. See bottom right "Incometax office in India". Click and proceed to the coming windows. For eg this method shows Coimbatore address as follows
