M VAT PLACE OF BUSINESS

08 November 2010 WE HAVE ALREDY REGISTERED DEALER UNDER M VAT BUT THE BUILDING IN WHICH WE HAVE SHOP IS IN DENGER CODITION SO WE HAVE TO VACATE IT AND WE HAVE SHIFTED TO ANOTHER PLACE ON RENAL BASIS BUT PROBLEM IS THAT OWNER IS NOT READY TO GIVE US ANY DOCUMENTS IN WRITTTING IN THIS CASE HOW CAN WE REGISTRED OUR NEW OR ADDITIONAL PLACE OF BUSINESS? WHAT CAN I DO ?

09 November 2010 For that you have to submit the detail of new business place in the form of change of place. after that depratment perosn visit the same and after that made appropriate change in your registration.

19 November 2010 in practically it is very difficult to change in VAT certificate in your case...but i advice you to application submit to STO & along with affidavit that i have not any documentary proof.if any further requirement only STO will proper guide to you
