11 November 2014 A wife of B inherited the property office premises in year 2004 and now she want to sale the same in the year 2014-15.A wife is not having any other income except the long term gain on sale of the this property
whether she will get full exemption of Rs. 250000/-from LTG and on balance amount she will be liable to pay the long term gain tax

11 November 2014 yes, she can get the basic exemption limit.
