Lta claim on certificate from travel company

Hi Everyone,
In Case of LTA we accept the Travel bills.
Suppose Employe done the traveling via Make my Trip.com and instead of bills he submitted the Travel Certificate from Travel Compny on their letter head duly signed & Stamped. This certificate contained amount for LTC claim & clearly states amount eligible for claim.
This Certificate can be accepted ???

Why do you bother for the bill. You have the ticket with you submit the ticket along with the certificate as mentioned by you.

Yaa here is the problem ,
We don't have Tickets but we have the Invoice received form Make my trip.com
Eg Total Invoice Value is 50,000 & they given an certificate for 35000. Because they cant give the ticket therefore issued such certificate

As long as there was actual travel documentary evidence given by Make my trip would be valid. Just make sure that it is not bogus that is and then you can easily defend with documentary evidence (on the basis that there was an actual travel and the bill is not a fake one)

Yes it can be verified with Actual payment receipt of online payment & Invoice received from Such company.

Then in such case such evidence is sufficent evidence proving the transaction .
