dear all please clarify the following
what is the difference between LTA and LTC
what is the difference between LTA and LTC

LTA= Leave Travel Assistance.

LTC= Leave Travel Concession.

Assistance means Help.
.
Concession in Travelling Expenditure means the company bears the balance amount.

As such LTC=LTA as Assistance and concession are equally enjoyable.

I agree with the expert but if LTA is leave travel Allowance than it is taxable
