It is a law for Leave Travel Concession u/s 10(5) that only two journeys in a block of 4 years is exempt. Now if a person travels and claims LTC in all the four years in a row then all the 4 LTCs claimed are taxable or 2 are taxable and 2 are taxfree. Kindly suggest.

Any 2 are exempt, at the option of the employee and remaining 2 are taxable.
