Lost tds return acknowledgement

06 August 2014 Dear All,

Greetings!

We had filed our income tax return for 2nd Quarter (FY 2013-14) as per due date. But our acknowledgement slip has misplaced. Now we are not able to download or view any information for the 2nd Quarter. Please help how can we get duplicate acknowledgement. We are a proprietorship company.

06 August 2014 have u filed tds return in q2?

you need to talk to ur juridictional ao in this regrad.

06 August 2014 assuming you have filed the return at any facilitation center approved by NSDL, just go the facilitation center and provide the details such as TAN, quarter no. etc. They will provide you the copy of acknowledgment.

alternatively, you need to submit a request at NSDL HO for issue of acknowledgment no.

both the methods work absolutely fine but the first method is easier and fast.
