I have lost a Road Permit of Chattisgarh. Our Material ready for dispatch. What will i Do ?

You have to collect new permit, for old one , you have to go by following procedure.
1. Give the details in news paper,
2. Submit a affidavit and FIR copy to tax deptt.
3. Indemnity bond as per the act.
