18 September 2014 I,neharika goyal cleared CA final in may14. i lost my itr certificate & i have posted query on e-sahaytta too but they said to email on nrocct@icai.in. I have email them but no response has been received by me yet.please reply me how i can re-issue my itt certificate.??

They do issue duplicate certificates but dont respond to emails much.

Also, be prepared for physically going to the Vishwas Nagar office, though they have sent the duplicate certificate through courier in past.
