EVEN ITS PROFIT IS NOT CHARGEABLE UNDER PROFIT AND GAIN INCOME BUT TAXABLE TO CAPITAL GAIN FOLLOWING THIS BASIS IT IS A CAPITAL LOSS WHICH IS TO BE SET AGAINST CAPITAL PROFIT.
