Loss on derivative segment

Hi,
I am a salaried Person, Last Year (2017-18) i have made a loss in derivative Segment, Intraday Trading Gain, STCG(Shares & Mutual Fund) & LTCG (Shares & Mutual Fund). Can i Claim Derivative Loss against STCG, if not What is the Treatment for that loss. Can i C/f this loss? Which ITR form I have to fill for this year.

1. Sub-Section (2) of Section 71, allows to set off your business loss against Capital Gains (both LTCG and LTCG).
2. Sub-Section (2A) of Section 71, restricts to set off your business loss against Salary Income.
Derivative Segment loss is normal business loss. You can set off against Trading Gains (Speculative) as well as against capital gains.
