I want to know under which head in P & A/C Loss to be shown and in Balance Sheet the investment under which head ?

Create the count head as aforesaid.
Balance sheet ???? when the shres are sold by the Pvt Company, it wont appear in Balance Sheet.
(For other investments, the grouping is to be made as held till maturity AND held for trading. They are shown under INVESTMENTs in Balance Sheet)
