09 November 2013 I have a small plot, and the bldg is dilapated.
I am an individual. I am getting an opportunity to borrow money from abroad aS A loan.

I haved all the experts for the construction.


For the redevelopment I will have to take TDR and develop and can be salable.or could be used as a commercial for giving it on lease to banks or other work.

Can u please tell me the formalities and is it possible for an individual to take or a new company has to be formed.

The arrangement for repayment can be done with the help of a bank.
