Can a Private Limited Company can give Loan to Third Party with intrest or if yes on what intrest rate ?
Please solve my problem as it is very urgent

If it is a loan associated with the business- no problem. But if it is done as a business you may have to register as NBFC with RBI and may have to take Money lenders licence also.

IF MONEY LENDING IS ONE OF YOUR OBJECT IN LAID DOWN IN MEMORANDUM THEN YOU CAN. THE INTEREST RATE SHOULD BE MINIMUM 9%.
