Dear All,

Can a Private Limited Company can give Loan to Third Party with intrest or if yes on what intrest rate ?

Please solve my problem as it is very urgent

09 April 2010 If it is a loan associated with the business- no problem. But if it is done as a business you may have to register as NBFC with RBI and may have to take Money lenders licence also.
